Describes to potential leaders how to plan and deliver a 60- to 90- minute structured session. Includes the steps, the recommended time allotments, tasks involved, tips and resources.

Participant Sign-In Sheet and Evaluation Form

Collects names of participants and their contact information. Allows participants to provide feedback on both the sessions and the resources.

Allows the leader to record the session topics discussed and the number of attendees, as well as to evaluate both the session content and the resources provided.
